I didn't get my order confirmation!
We have been experiencing issues with Blackbox confirmation emails being marked as spam over the last few weeks. Please check your spam or junk mail folder for your confirmation and shipping details. If you're having trouble finding it, just let us know.
Why is my order being charged in the wrong currency?
Blackbox will ship your order from whichever warehouse has all of your items in stock and offers the best combination of low cost/fast delivery, and your order is charged in the appropriate currency for where that warehouse is located. If any of the items in your order are out of stock at the warehouse closest to you, the order will ship from the nearest location that does have your items in stock, which may affect shipping costs.
